Vitals
This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.
Vitals provides an organization-wide view of the three core conditions sayhii tracks to understand employees' ability to perform over time.
The page brings together current results for each Vital and shows how those results are changing over time.
Groups with fewer than five respondents are suppressed to help protect employee anonymity. When there is not enough data to report a Vital, the page may display an insufficient-data message instead of a score.
This Week's Signal
At the top of the page, sayhii highlights a notable change within one of the organization's Vitals.
This section may include:
- The Vital being highlighted.
- How much the result has changed.
- The period over which the change occurred.
- The current score.
- The percentage change.
- A trend line showing recent movement.
- Additional context about the number of people represented in the result.
The Vital highlighted here may change depending on the organization's current data.
Vital Overview
The page displays each of the three Vitals as a separate section:
- Resources
- Demands
- Work-Life Balance
Each Vital may display:
- A short description of what the Vital represents.
- The organization's current rating.
- The current weekly score.
- The four-week average.
- The number of people currently answering.
- The total number of people in the organization.
- A trend line showing recent movement.
- How much the score has increased or decreased over the displayed period.
If a Vital does not have enough responses to meet the anonymity threshold, its detailed results will not be displayed.
Org Vitals Over Time
The Org Vitals Over Time section shows how all three Vitals have changed across recent reporting periods.
Each Vital is displayed on the same graph so users can compare movement and see how the areas relate to one another over time.
Users can switch between:
- Weekly: Shows the organization's Vital averages across recent weeks.
- Monthly: Shows the organization's results grouped by month.
This view can help identify longer-term movement, sudden changes, and differences between the three Vitals.
Gaps in the graph indicate reporting periods where a Vital did not have enough respondents to display a result without risking employee anonymity.
