This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.
Reports covers your organization's Organizational Activation program—a periodic, org-wide check-in cycle, separate from everyday questions and separate from an individual's personal Monthly Activation (see Activation for that).
Manager Reports live under Team Reports, not here.
Cycle
Organizational Activation runs on a single, fixed cadence: a six-month (bi-annual) cycle. Each cycle assigns discussion-group meetings, then wraps up and its results are published before the next cycle begins.
Published Reports
Once a cycle wraps up, its results are published here as an Organizational Activation report—covering meetings held, participation, and theme-level results for that cycle.
