Manager & Admin Access

This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.

This page highlights how different teams are performing on key themes over the last 4 weeks.

Soft cell colors highlight where a unit is meaningfully above or below the org baseline:

• 4.0 and above – Green, considered great.
• 3.5–3.99 – White, considered average.
• 3.0–3.49 – Yellow, low enough to warrant closer attention.
• Below 3.0 – Red, where you'll want to focus your attention.

This gives you the chance to view each department and theme together, and dive deeper into where things are going well and what should be looked into.

Department Matrix

• Displays average scores by department for each theme.
• Blank rows – Departments/groups with fewer than 5 members.
• Blank cells – No responses for that theme in the past 4 weeks.

If an organization's structure doesn't break out into separate reporting units (departments), nothing will show up on this page.
