Overview
This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.
The Overview page gives administrators a quick organization-wide snapshot of what is happening in sayhii. It brings together user activity, participation, recent movement, department-level participation, and roster information in one place.
The information shown is based on the organization's current reporting data, with participation sections using the most recently completed reporting period where applicable.
Groups with fewer than five respondents are suppressed to help protect employee anonymity. When there is not enough data to display a result, a dash or insufficient-data message may appear instead.
Organization Headline
At the top of the Overview page, sayhii highlights a notable recent signal from across the organization.
- The area being highlighted.
- How much the result increased or decreased.
- The reporting period being compared.
- The current score.
- The percentage change.
- A trend line showing recent movement.
Select Open theme to view additional information about the highlighted area. The signal displayed here may change depending on the organization's current results.
A Compare departments option is also available for moving into department-level comparisons.
Organization-Wide Summary
The organization-wide cards provide a quick view of the organization's current users and reporting activity.
Rostered Users
Rostered Users shows the total number of people currently included in the organization's sayhii roster.
Active Users
Active Users shows the number of rostered users who are currently active within the sayhii program.
Participation
Participation shows the organization's participation for the current reporting period when enough responses are available. If participation does not meet the reporting threshold, the result is suppressed.
Not Answering
Not Answering shows how many eligible employees are not currently participating during the reporting period. This information is also subject to the anonymity threshold.
Units Reporting
Units Reporting shows how many organizational units currently have enough data for their results to be displayed. The page may also indicate how many additional units are suppressed because there is not enough participation to report them safely.
Participation by Unit
Participation by Unit breaks participation down across the organization's departments or units.
- The department or unit name.
- Its participation percentage.
- The number of people who answered.
- The total number of people represented in the unit.
- A visual indicator of participation.
This section uses the last completed reporting week so administrators can compare units using a complete period. The current week may still be collecting responses.
Units with fewer than five respondents may display an insufficient-data message instead of participation details.
Top Movers
The Top Movers section highlights the areas that experienced the largest changes during the previous reporting period.
- The area being measured.
- Its current score.
- A small trend graph.
- The percentage increase or decrease.
This provides a quick way to see where the organization's results have moved most significantly.
Selecting By department takes users to the Comparison page for a more detailed department-level view.
People
The People section provides a quick view of individuals currently included in the organization's roster.
- The user's name.
- Email address.
- Role or access level.
Selecting All users takes users to the Users page, where they can view and manage the full roster.
