This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.

Demographics breaks your scores out by who's answering, not just which department they're in. Use it to see whether experience differs across groups that department alone wouldn't show you.

Available Breakdowns

You can view scores segmented by:

• Gender
• Race
• Ethnicity
• Generation
• Tenure
• Work Type (e.g., remote, hybrid, onsite)
• Job Function
• Department

Pick one breakdown at a time and look for groups whose scores diverge noticeably from the org-wide average—that's usually where a closer conversation is worth having.

Just like on Overview, a group's score only appears once enough people could have answered it. Smaller groups will show a dash instead of a number to protect anonymity.
