Briefings

Manager & Admin Access

This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.

Briefings provides a monthly summary of the organization's results, bringing together participation, theme movement, and the current Activation theme in one report.

Each month, sayhii creates a new briefing using the organization's anonymized reporting data. Previous briefings remain available so users can review how results have changed over time.

Org Pulse Over Time

At the top of the Briefings page, users can see how the organization's overall pulse has changed across recent months.

This section may include:

  • The current Org Pulse score.
  • A trend line showing movement over time.
  • The months included in the trend.
  • Context about how the Org Pulse is calculated.

The Org Pulse uses a consistent set of measured areas so month-to-month results can be compared more consistently.

Monthly Briefing

Selecting a briefing opens the full report for that reporting month.

The briefing is organized into several sections that summarize the organization's results and provide context for what leaders may want to focus on.

note

Results are based on anonymized group data. Groups must meet the minimum reporting threshold before their results can be displayed.

Participation

The Participation section provides an overview of how much data is represented in the briefing.

This section may display:

  • The Org Pulse.
  • Participation percentage.
  • The number of respondents.
  • The number of people included in the reported results.

Additional context may explain the reporting period and how the displayed results were calculated.

Theme Movement

Theme Movement shows how the areas included in the briefing performed compared with the previous month.

For each available area, users may see:

  • The area name.
  • Its current score.
  • Its current letter grade.
  • The amount the score changed from the previous month.

Where sayhii is Focused

This section shows the Focus Windows that were opened during the month, including:

  • The theme being investigated.
  • The department.
  • Why it was opened.
  • The time period it lasted for.
  • The number of responses given for each one opened.

Theme of the Month

The briefing includes the current Theme of the Month, which connects the organization's monthly reporting with the Activation program.

This section may include:

  • The current monthly theme.
  • An explanation of the theme.
  • Context for how it may affect employees or teams.
  • Guidance for leaders.
  • A suggested way to bring the topic to the team.

The Theme of the Month changes as the Activation program progresses.

Bring It to Your Team

This section provides a practical suggestion leaders can use to introduce the monthly theme within their team. It is intended to help turn the information in the briefing into a conversation or action rather than leaving the result as a score alone.
