Team Reports

Team Reports provides managers and administrators with an aggregated view of the employee experience across the teams they oversee. In the portal, this report is labeled Team Report.

note

Although the portal label reads "Team Report," the data, structure, and functionality inside the page represent the Manager Report experience.

The report brings together Vitals, theme scores, participation information, and trends to help managers understand what is going well, where scores are changing, and where additional attention may be helpful.

Team Reports are only available to users with manager or administrator access.

Report Views

Managers can switch between two report views:

  • Full Chain: Includes employees throughout the reporting chain beneath the manager.
  • Direct Team: Focuses on employees who report directly to the manager.

The manager viewing the report is excluded from the averages.

At the top of the report, users can see:

  • The manager or report owner.
  • The organization.
  • The number of employees included in the selected view.
  • The overall score.
  • The reporting period.
  • Whether enough data is available to display the full report.

Vitals

The Vitals section shows aggregated results for Demands, Resources, and Work-Life Balance. Each Vital may include:

  • The selected team's score.
  • The organization's score for comparison.
  • A description of what the Vital measures.
  • The direction of the score over the previous six months.
  • A trend graph showing how all three Vitals have changed over time.

These results help managers see whether changes in workload, available support, or work-life balance may be affecting their teams.

Theme Scores

Theme Scores show results across the main areas measured by sayhii, such as Communication, Performance, Recognition, Support, Trust, Autonomy, Innovation, Change, and Culture. Within a theme, individual questions are also tagged with a measuring group—Manager, Team, or Organization—based on who the question is actually asking you to evaluate, not which group's average you're looking at. A Trust question tagged Manager, for example, asks how much you trust your manager specifically; a Trust question tagged Team or Organization asks about trust in your team or the organization as a whole.

Each theme card may display:

  • The current score out of 5.
  • The amount the score has changed.
  • The result from Manager-measuring questions.
  • The result from Team-measuring questions.
  • The result from Organization-measuring questions.

Managers can select a theme to view how its score has changed over time.

Top Movers

The Top Movers section highlights the themes with the largest score changes over the previous six months. This can help managers quickly identify themes that have improved, themes that have declined, and areas that may need closer review.

Selecting a theme allows the manager to explore its trend in greater detail.

Participation

The Participation section shows how actively employees in the selected reporting group are responding. It may include:

  • The team's participation rate.
  • The number of employees who answered.
  • The organization's participation rate.
  • The team's question skip rate.
  • The organization's question skip rate.

These results allow managers to compare their team's participation with the organization as a whole.

Scores Over Time

The report includes a trend graph for the selected theme. The graph may compare results for the manager's reporting group, the direct team, the organization, and the overall score.

Managers can select different theme cards to update the graph and review how each area has changed across reporting periods.

note

Manager Reports use aggregated results. Individual employee answers are not displayed in the report.
