My Team

My Team helps you learn more about the people you work with and understand how your team is doing.

The information shown on this page depends on your role. Normal users see the peers who are part of their team, while managers and administrators see the employees who report directly to them.

For Normal Users

Normal users see The People Around You. This includes peers who share the same manager and are part of the same team or working group.

The page includes a card for each teammate showing available information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Role
  • Department
  • Personality type

A teammate's personality type appears after they complete the personality portion of their profile.

How Your Team Is Doing

Normal users may also see a comparison between their team's weekly average and the organization's weekly average.

The team result represents the team or organizational unit the user belongs to. The user's own answers are excluded from the team average shown on their page.

This section may include:

  • The team's weekly average.
  • The number of teammates included in the result.
  • A graph showing how the team's weekly average has changed.
  • The organization's weekly average, when enough information is available.

Team and organization results only appear when enough people have answered to protect anonymity. When there is not enough information available, the page will indicate that more data is needed.

For Managers and Administrators

Managers and administrators see Your Direct Reports.

This view shows the employees who report directly to the user based on the reporting structure recorded in sayhii.

Each employee card may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Role
  • Department
  • Personality type

Personality information appears after the employee completes the personality portion of their profile.

note

The My Team page is based on the reporting and team structure stored in sayhii. If someone appears in the wrong team or reporting group, the organization's user or hierarchy information may need to be updated.
