Notifications and Settings

From Settings, you can:

Upload or remove your profile photo
Choose when and how you're notified about your daily question (push, email, or both, and roughly what time of day)
Switch the app's theme (system, light, or dark)
Change the language (system, English, or Spanish)
Turn App Lock on or off
Sign out

Changes here take effect immediately—there's no separate save step for most settings.
